Kenny’s Farmhouse Cheese is recalling several varieties of cheese because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. There have been no reports of illness linked to the consumption of these products. The four types of cheese recalled are Kentucky Rose, Kentucky Bleu, Awe-Brie, and Tomme de Nena.

You can see the cheeses, sizes, and lot numbers at the FDA site. They were sold to farmers markets, restaurants, distributors, and retail stores in Florida, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and Virginia between August 22 and September 25, 2012. If you have purchased these products, do not eat, but return to the place of purchase for a full refund.
