More Michael Foods Eggs Recalls

Two more stores are recalling products made with hard-cooked eggs supplied by Michael Foods, Inc. because of possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The expanded February 1st recall has prompted more recalls from distributors and grocery stores.

Allison’s Gourmet Kitchens of Moore, Oklahoma is recalling potato salads, macaroni salads, and pea and eggs salads under many brand names.

You can see the long list of more than 40 recalled items from Allison’s Gourmet Kitchens at the FDA recall site. The products are sold in marked containers to retail stores and food service establishments. Some of the brand names include Dot Foods, Deli Fresh, Hill Country Fare, Food Lion, Hannaford Brothers, and Produce House.

And Greencore USA of Cincinnati, Ohio is recalling 23 pounds of chef salad products.
