Update: We received information from the company on August 8, 2013 stating that no Salmonella has been found in these mixes. No illnesses were reported connected to these products. The company stated that “Salmonella has a limited life span in dry mixes (approximately 3 months) and the alleged contaminated ingredient used was approximately one year old. The products have been replaced with fresh inventory that is now in distribution through Eco-Cuisine’s normal distribution channels.”
