See’s Candies Issues Allergy Alert on Dark Chocolate Blueberries

See’s Candies of San Francisco is recalling all of their Dark Chocolate Blueberries because it contains undeclared milk. Anyone with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk could have a serious or life-threatening reaction if they consume this product. One customer did have a reaction after eating the blueberries; that report prompted the recall. The label omitted the word “milk”.

The product is sold bulk and packaged in 8 ounce clear cellophane bags at See’s Candy shops around the country. It was also sold through mail order. The product UPC number isĀ 737666094479. If you purchased this product and are allergic to milk, return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
