Cheese Crackers and Dried Bean Curd Recalled in Canada

New World Imports and the CFIA are recalling two products imported by that company into Canada because they contain undeclared allergens. Cheese crackers contain undeclared milk, and Dried Bean Curd (Stick) contains undeclared sulphites. Anyone with an allergy or severe sensitivity to those ingredients could have a serious or life-threatening reaction if they consume those products.

RecallThe recalled products are Dandy’s Brand Cheese Crackers in 150 gram packages. The UPC number is 6 941882 520948. The other product is Dong Ming Da Qiao (Chinese Characters Only) Dried Bean Curd (Stick) in 150 gram packages. The UPC number is 6 941882 510284. There are no codes on either product. There is no word on whether or not any allergic reactions or illnesses have been reported.

If you purchased these products and are allergic to milk or sulphites, do not eat them. Return them to the place of purchase for a refund.
