BrotwurstThe recalled products include brotwurst and bratwurst, fully cooked sausage products such as smoked rabbit, smoked bison frankfurters, duck sausage, and smoked chorizo, and raw fresh products such as ground duck, Swedish potato sausage, buffalo patties, and ground turkey bratwurst. You can see the long list of products, along with the codes on the packages, at the USDA web site. A PDF of the labels can also be seen at the USDA site. All of the products have the establishment number “EST 6273″ or P-6273” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
