In Canada, Kuo Hau Trading Co. Ltd. and the CFIA are recalling Coconut Drink because it may contain milk, one of the major food allergens, that is not declared on the label. Anyone with an allergy to milk should not consume this product.

The brand name is in Chinese characters. The common name is Coconut Drink (Product of Taiwan) in 250 ml containers. The UPC number isĀ 4 711476 610377 and codes on the product are 2013.04.17 (different time stamps, such as 19:34), and 2015.04.17. The product was sold in British Columbia.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to milk, do not consume it. Return it to the place of purchase for a refund. This recall was triggered by a recall in another country. No illnesses have been reported in connection with the consumption of this product.
