In Canada, Coconut Juice Recalled for Undeclared Milk

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is recalling Orthodox Coconut Palm brand coconut juice for undeclared milk, one of the major food allergens. Anyone with an allergy to milk could have a serious allergic reaction if they eat this product. No illnesses or reported reactions have been received to date.

The recalled products are all Orthodox Coconut Palm brand name. All codes where milk is not declared on the label are real led. They are Coconut Palm Coconut Juice in 1 liter packages, with UPC number 6 901347 880390, Coconut Palm Coconut Juice in 245 ml packages with UPC number 6 957735 788861, and Coconut Palm Coconut Juice in 6 x 245 ml packages with UPC number 6 901347 990815. They were sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and possibly nationally.
