In Canada, Dried Eggs Recalled for Undeclared Milk

In Canada, Burnbrae Farms have been recalled because they contain milk that is not declared on the label. Anyone with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk could become seriously ill if they eat this product. There is no word on whether or not any illnesses have been reported.

milk splashThe recalled product is Burnbrae Farms dried whole eggs in 22.7 kg packages. The codes on the product are Lot # 1843, 1873, and 3263. The UPC number isĀ 10065651003012. The eggs were distributed to hotel, restaurant, and institutions in Alberta and Ontario. If you are allergic to milk, do not consume this product.

If you are allergic to milk, discard the product or return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
