In Canada, Jardine’s Products Recalled for Undeclared Wheat

Buckstone Inc. in Canada is recalling some Jardine’s and D.L. Jardine’s products because they may contain undeclared wheat, one of the major food allergens. there is no word on whether any illnesses or reactions have been reported.

RecallThe recalled products are Jardine’s 3 Compadres Sampler (gift basket). The code on the product is W343-13, and the UPC number is 0 22531 00035 9. Also recalled are D.L. Jardine’s Queso Loco Cheese Salsa & Dip in 453 gram packages. The codes on the product are R-261-13, S-261, Q-261-13, H-331-13, N-274-13, F-031-14, G-031-14, and N-017-14. The UPC number is 0 22531 52300 1. The products were distributed in Ontario at the retail level.

If you purchased these products and are allergic to wheat, do not eat them. Return them to the place of purchase for a refund.
