L.M. Noodle Company Recalls Butterballs for Allergens

L.M. Noodle Company of Colorado is recalling Marlyce’s Butterballs because they contain wheat flour, soy flour, whey, and milk. Anyone with an allergy to wheat, soy, and/or milk could have a serious or life-threatening reaction if they eat this product. No illnesses have been reported to date.

Butterballs are made of bread crumbs, cream, butter, eggs, allspice, and salt rolled into a ball and cooked in soup. They are packaged 12 to a package, frozen in a clear plastic bag with black lettering on a white label. The UPC number isĀ 094219-21708.

The recall was initiated after the undeclared allergens were discovered by an FDA inspection. The butterballs were distributed in 2 Wyoming stores, 5 Nebraska stores, and 5 stores in Colorado. Relabeled product has the allergens listed in the lower left hand corner of the label. If you purchased this product and are allergic to wheat, soy, and/or milk, return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
