More Retail Locations for Recalled Adulterated Beef

The USDA has released more information about retail locations that may have received the adulterated beef made from diseased and unsound animals by Rancho Feeding Corporation. The meat was shipped to distributors in California, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Oregon, and Washington state.

Beef-CarcassPlease look at the long list of establishments, and the type of products sold. Some of the locations include farmers markets, Walmart, H-Mart, G&G, T&C Food Mart, churches, child care facilities, learning centers, and food banks. If you purchased or received beef from those locations in the past year, do not eat it. Return it to the place of purchase or discard it in a sealed container.

No illnesses have been reported to date. But the beef was recalled because it is considered unwholesome, and it was not inspected by Federal officials.
