YF Sesame Flavor Cracker Recalled for Undeclared Peanuts

Domega NY International Co of New York is recalling YF Sesame Flavor Cracker because it contains undeclared peanuts, one of the major food allergens. Anyone with an allergy to peanuts could have a serious or life-threatening reaction if they consume this product. No illnesses have been reported to date.

The recalled YF Sesame Flavor Cracker is in a plastic wrapped 14 ounce (400 gram) package. The code is PRD: 12/20/213, EXP 6/30/2015. The product’s UPC number is 6920580733416. The product was sold in New York City. It is a product of China.

The problem was discovered during routine sampling by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Food Inspectors. If you purchased this product and are allergic to peanuts, do not eat it. Discard the product or return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
