Casy’s Kwik Corn Snax Recalled for Undeclared Nuts

In Canada, Casy’s Kwik brand Gluten-free Corn Snax are being recalled for undeclared hazelnut, almond, cashew, and pistachio, which are tree nuts. Those who are allergic to tree nuts could have a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they eat this product. One person has reported an allergic reaction.

The recalled Casy’s Kwik products were sold in Ontario, Quebec, and possibly nationally. All codes where almond, hazelnut, cashew, and pistachio do not appear on the label are recalled.

They include Gluten-free Corn Snax with Chocolate Filling in a 150 gram box, with UPC number 8 38222 00111 2. Gluten-free Corn Snax with Chocolate Filling in 12 gram packages and UPC number 8 38222 00101 3 are recalled. Casey’s Kwik Gluten-free Corn Snax with Vanilla Filling in 150 gram packages are recalled; that has the UPC number 8 38222 00112 9. Finally, Gluten-free Corn Snax with Vanilla Filling in 12 gram packages, with UPC number 8 38222 00102 0 are recalled.

If you purchased any of these products and are allergic to almond, hazelnut, cashew, and/or pistachio, do not eat them. Discard or return to the place where you purchased them for a full refund.Casy's Kwik Snax Recall
