H-E-B Recalls Hamburger and Hot Dog Buns

H-E-B is voluntarily recalling their brand name hamburger and hotdog buns and Hill Country Fare hotdog buns that may contain foreign material. A terry cloth glove used for handling hot pans could have broken up in the dough, resulting in a potential choking hazard. No injuries have been reported to date.

Products on the shelf as of Friday June 26, 2015 are not included in this recall. You can see the long list of recalled products at the FDA web site. They include wheat buns, plain, seeded, coney hot dog buns, and hamburger buns. You can also see pictures of the recalled products at the FDA site.

If you purchased any of these items, do not eat them. Discard or return to the place of purchase for a refund.
