Seafood Products Recalled in Canada for Undeclared Egg

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Ho Ho Ho Food Products are recalling seafood products because they contain egg that is not declared on the label. No illnesses or allergic reactions have been reported to date in connection with the consumption of these products.

Cuttlefish Balls Allergen RecallAll codes where egg is not declared on the label are recalled. The brand name of all of these products is Ho Ho Ho Food Products. They include Surimi and cuttlefish balls in 454 gram packages with UPC number 0 34245 00008 2, Surimi Fish Ball in 454 gram packages with UPC number 0 34245 00007 5, Fried Surimi fish ball in 454 gram packages with UPC number 0 34245 00009 9, Fried Fish Fillet in 400 gram packages with UPC number 0 34245 00025 9, and Shrimp Balls in 454 gram packages with UPC number 0 34245 00023 5. Also recalled is Fried Shrimp Balls in 454 gram packages with UPC number 0 34245 00024 2, Great Choice Combo in 454 gram packages with UPC number 0 34245 00021 1, and Great Choice Combo in 454 gram packages with UPC number 0 34245 00020 4. If you purchased this product and are allergic to egg, do not eat it. Throw it away or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
