The recall now includes Roasted Garlic Hummus, Hummus, Spicy Hummus, Caramelized Vidalia Onion Hummus, Roasted Garlic Red Pepper and Cumin Hummus, Olive Tapenade Hummus, Sweet Potato and Harissa Dip, and Red Harissa Hummus, among others. They were sold nationally at the retail level. You can also see pictures of recalled product labels at the CFIA site.

If you purchased these products, do not eat them. Cooking will not destroy the toxin that these bacteria can produce. Discard the products in a sealed container or return to the place of purchase for a refund, then wash your hands thoroughly.

If you ate these products and have been sick with nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, fever, headache, and muscle cramps, see your doctor. Tell her that you ate this recalled product.
