Bun King Bakery Recalls Products for Four Allergens

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Bun King Bakeries are recalling eight products because they contain various combination of four different food allergens: milk, soy, sulphites, and wheat, that were not declared on the label. There is no word on whether or not any illnesses have been reported in connection with the consumption of these products.

RecallYou can see the long list of recalled products, along with the codes on the product and the reason for the recall, at the CFIA web site. The recalled products are Coconut Buns, Naan Khatai, Peanut Cake, Jeera Khari, Khara Biscuit, Twist Khari, Plain Toast, and Fennel Seed Toast.

If you purchased these products and are allergic to milk, soy, sulphites, and/or wheat, do not eat them. Throw them away or return the products to the shop where you purchased them for a full refund. The shop is located in Ontario.
