Chocolate Cookies Recalled for Undeclared Milk

Sinosharp Import & Expert of New York is recalling “Chocolate Flavored Cookies” because it contains undeclared milk, one of the major food allergens. Anyone who is allergic to milk or has lactose intolerance may have a serious reaction if they eat this product. No reactions have been reported to date.

The recalled product is “Chocolate Flavored Cookies” in a 13.74 ounce and 2.2 pound plastic containers. The UPC numbers are 6933620900051 and 6933620900242 printed on the side. They were distributed in New York, Texas, California, and Massachusetts. The New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Food Inspectors discovered the presence of the milk allergen during routine sampling.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to milk or are lactose intolerant, do not eat it. Throw it away or return the product to the place of purchase for a refund.
