Derby City Vending Recalls Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Derby City Vending is recalling Buffalo Chicken Sandwich because it may contain undeclared milk, egg, and soy, three of the major food allergens. Anyone who is allergic to those ingredients, or is lactose intolerant, could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. No illnesses have been reported to date.

The sandwich was distributed in Kentucky and Indiana through delivery to vending food machines. The product is in a black square container with a clear lid that has a Derby City Vending label. It is identified as Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with a best buy date of up to 12/4/16.

If you purchased this product and cannot eat egg, soy, and/or milk, do not eat it. Throw it away or take it back to the place of purchase for a full refund.
