Dieffenbach’s Potato Chips Recalled for Possible Salmonella

Dieffenbach’s Potato Chips is recalling their Sour Cream & Onion Kettle Chips for possible Salmonella contamination. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the consumption of this product. They were made with an ingredient in the seasoning that may contain traces of Salmonella bacteria.

The recalled product is Dieffenbach’s Sour Cream and Onion Kettle Chips in two sizes. The first is 9 ounce packages, with UPC number 7.85654.00014.8 and best by between dates of 18DEC2016 and 02APR2017. The second product recalled is sold in 2 ounce packages, with UPC number 7.85654.00015.5 and best by dates between 01JAN2016 and 02APR2017.

If you purchased either of these products, do not eat them. Throw them away in a sealed container or take them back to the store where you bought them for a full refund.
