Fish Cakes Recalled in Canada for Undeclared Egg

Seoul Trading Group and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency are recalling Frozen Pre-Fried Fish cakes because they contain egg, one of the major food allergens, that is not declared on the label. Anyone who is allergic to egg could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. No reactions have been reported to date.

The recalled product is Choripdong Frozen Pre-Fried Fish Cakes in 900 gram packages. The code on the product is 2017.01.20 and the UPC number is 7 61898 60855 5. This product was sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan at the retail level and may have been sold in other provinces or territories.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to egg, do not eat it. Throw it away or return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
