Fish Cakes Recalled in Canada for Undeclared Egg

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Seoul Trading Corporation are recalling Fried Fish Cakes because they contain egg, one of the major food allergens, that is not declared on the label. Anyone who is allergic to egg could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. There is no word on whether or not any illnesses have been reported.

Recall SignageThe recalled product is Fried Fish Cake with Japanese characters only. The package size is 320 grams and the code on the product is 0060953035. The UPC number is 8 77025 00069 4. The fish cakes were sold in Alberta and British Columbia at the retail level.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to eggs, do not eat it. Throw it away or return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
