Fred Meyer Recalls Superfood Wrap for Undeclared Allergens

Fred Meyer Stores is recalling a Deli BTG Superfood Wrap because it may contain the allergens milk, soy, wheat, and cashews that are not listed on the label. Anyone who is allergic to those ingredients, or who has celiac disease or lactose intolerance could become seriously ill if they eat that product. One customer reported a possible allergic reaction in connection with the consumption of this product.

The wrap was sold in the deli department of Fred Meyer store in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The store has removed this item from their deli cases and initiated its customer recall notification system.

The recalled product is Deli BTG Superfood Wrap. The UPC number of the product is 41573 11053 and the sell by date is 9/29/2016 OR BEFORE.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to milk, soy, wheat, or cashews (tree nuts) or are lactose intolerant or can’t eat gluten, do not eat it. throw it away or take it back to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement. If you are not allergic to those foods, the wrap is safe to eat.
