Fromm Recalls Canned Dog Food for High Vitamin D

Fromm Pet Food of Wisconsin is recalling three types of its canned dog foods because they contain too much vitamin D. Too much of this vitamin can be deadly to dogs. No health problems associated with this recall have been reported.

Dog Food SafetyThe recalled products are Fromm Gold Chicken Pate Dog Food in 12 ounce cans with case code 11893 and individual can UPC number 72705 11892. In addition, Fromm Gold Chicken & Duck is recalled, with case code 11895 and individual can UPC number 72705 11894. Finally, Fromm Gold Salmon & Chicken Pate is recalled, with case code 11891 and individual can UPC number 72705 11890.

If you purchased any of these items, do not feed them to your dog. Discard them or return them to the place where you bought them for a full refund.
