Kwik Trip Recalls Bakery Items for Plastic Pieces

According to the FDA’s Weekly Enforcement Report for the week of February 24, 2016, Kwik Trip is recalling eleven different bakery items because they may contain pieces of plastic. Apparently, plastic contaminated ice nuggets were used as an ingredient to make the doughs, which creates a choking hazard. The recalled products include all lots manufactured prior to but not including 1/13/2016. They were distributed in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.
