Recall on Tasty Fish Products Updated

The recall in Canada on January 5, 2015 of Tasty Fish products has been updated to include more products. These products contain egg that is not declared on the label. Anyone who is allergic to egg could have a serious allergic reaction if they eat these products. No reactions have been received to date.

The recalled products are all in 180 gram packages. All codes where egg is not declared on the label are recalled. They are all Tasty brand name. The recalled items are Cuttlefish and Fish Ball with UPC number 8 21964 02030 5, Fish Ball with UPC number 8 21964 02028 2, Fish and Tofu Fish Cake with UPC number 8 21964 02034 3, Fried Fish Ball with UPC number 8 21964 02033 6, and Shrimp Flavoured Ball with UPC number 8 21964 02029 9. They were sold nationally. You can see pictures of product photos at the CFIA web site.

If you purchased any of these products and are allergic to egg, do not eat them. Discard or return to the store where you bought them for a full refund.
