Sundae Shop Ice Cream Dipped Cones Recalled for Undeclared Peanuts

Mister Cookie Face has voluntarily recalled Sundae Shop Novelty Ice Cream Dipped “Variety” cones because they may contain undeclared peanuts, one of the major food allergens. Anyone who is allergic to peanuts could have a serious reaction if they consume this product. These products were distributed only through ALDI stores. ALDI has worked to ensure that these products are removed from store shelves.

The recalled product is Sundae Shop Novelty Ice Cream Dipped “Variety” Cones with best before date of November 14, 2017. The package may actually contain a Chocolate Covered Vanilla Ice Cream Cone with peanut sprinkles on top. The label of the Sundae Shop Novelty Ice Cream Dipped “Variety” cones doesn’t list peanuts. The product is packaged in a 32 ounce box containing eight ice cream cones. The UPC number isĀ 041498191962, and the plant code 34-2036, located next to the “best before” date.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to peanuts, do not eat it. Return it to the place of purchase for a refund or throw it away.
