Supreme Elixir, Kid’s Juice, Xtreme Fiber Detox Recall for Undeclared Allergens

supreme-elixir-recallWorld’s Choice Products Inc. of San Diego has issued a recall for Supreme Elixir, Kid’s Juice and Xtreme Fiber Detox because they contain undeclared milk and soy allergens. People with allergies or sensitivities to milk or soy should not consume these products as they risk serious or life-threatening reaction if they do.

The recalled products, 32 fluid ounce “Supreme Elixir” drink, with lot numbers 15094, 15258, 15310, 15483, 16053 and 16091; 32 fluid ounce “Kid’s Juice” drink, with lot numbers 15104 and 15326; and 1 pound and 8 ounce “Xtreme Fiber Detox,” with lot numbers 15174, 15372, 15423, 15538 and 16051 are recalled. They were sold nationwide through mail order.

At the time of the recall, no illnesses had been reported. The recall was issued after the FDA found whey protein in the products which was not declared on the label. Production of the product has been suspended.
