Teriyaki Fish Rice Bowl Recalled in Canada for Wheat

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Mannarich Food Inc. are recalling Parker Lee brand Teriyaki Fish Filet Rice Bowl for undeclared wheat, one of the major food allergens. Anyone who is allergic to wheat or cannot eat gluten because of celiac disease could have a reaction if they consume this product. There is no word on whether or not any reactions have been reported.

The recalled product is Parker Lee Teriyaki Fish Filet Rice Bowl in 375 gram containers. All codes where wheat is not declared on the label are recalled. The product UPC number isĀ 0 68636 02014 4. It was sold in Ontario at the retail level.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to wheat or gluten or have celiac disease, do not eat it. throw it away or return it to the store where you bought it for a full refund.
