Thomas Hammer Recalls Scones for Undeclared Allergens

Thomas Hammer Coffee Roasters is recalling The Cranberry Orange Scone for undeclared milk, egg, soy, and wheat, four of the major food allergens. Anyone who is allergic to those ingredients, or who is lactose intolerant or has celiac disease could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. No illnesses have been reported to date.

The recalled product was sold at ten Thomas Hammer Coffee Roaster locations in Spokane and Spokane Valley, Washington between December 12 and December 13, 2016. The Cranberry Orange Scone is sold in a plastic film wrapper with labeling on the back. There are no lot codes or best by dates on this product.

The recall was issued after packaging did not reveal the presence of those allergens. If anyone who cannot eat egg, milk, soy, or wheat for any reasons purchased this product, do not consume it. Throw it away or take it back to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
