If you purchased these products, do not eat them. Throw them away in a sealed garbage container or take them back to the store where you bought them for a full refund. Then clean your refrigerator with a solution of 1 tablespoon liquid chlorine bleach to 1 gallon of warm water, since Listeria monocytogenes bacteria can grow and persist at refrigerator temperatures.

If you ate these recalled products, monitor yourself for the symptoms of Listeria monocytogenes food poisoning for the next 70 days. Those symptoms include nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pains, stiff neck, high fever, and severe headache. Others, especially pregnant women, may only have a mild illness similar to the flu. If you do feel sick, see your doctor and tell her you ate the recalled product.
