Original Pad Thai Stir-Fry Sauce Recalled for Undeclared Peanut

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and La Ice McCormick Canada area recalling Thai Kitchen brand original Pad Thai Stir-Fry sauce for undeclared peanuts. That ingredient is one of the major food allergens. Anyone who is allergic to peanut could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. No reactions have been reported to date in connection with this issue.

The recalled product is Thai Kitchen brand Original Pad Thai Stir-Fry Sauce in 236 ml containers. The code on the product is BB/MA: 2018JN27, and the UPC number isĀ 7 37628 00510 9. It was sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan at the retail level.

If you bought this product and are allergic to peanuts, do not eat it. Throw it away or take it back to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
