Yogurt Peanut Crunch Bar Recalled for E. coli O157:H7

Pro Sports Club of Bellevue, Washington is recalling 36,957 Yogurt Peanut Crunch Bars because they may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7 bacteria. No illnesses have been reported to date.

Yogurt Peanut Crunch Bar E. coli O157-H7 Recall

This recall is being issued because an ingredient used to make the bar was recalled by The Soy Nut Butter Company. Products made by that company are linked to a national E. coli O157:H7 – HUS outbreak. Lawsuits have been filed in that outbreak.

The recalled product is 20/20 Life Styles Yogurt Peanut Crunch Bar with lot code B.B. 22JUL17 (means by July 22, 2017), net weight 2 ounces, with UPC number 78571 00052. The Yogurt Peanut Crunch Bar was sold directly to clients at the PRO Sports facilities in Washington  in Bellevue, Redmond and Seattle, between August 8, 2016 and March 10, 2017. The product was also sold to internet customers.

If you purchased this product, do not eat it. Throw it away in a sealed or double bagged package in a secure garbage receptacle, or take it back to the store where you bought it for a full refund. Wash your hands well with soap and water after handling this product.
