The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and B.H. Kosher Select Food Distributors are updating the recall of Ortega Taco Seasoning Mix for undeclared peanuts and almonds. The original recall was issued on October 30, 2014 and updated on October 31, 2014. This update includes an additional lot code. No allergic reactions have been reported to date in connection with the consumption of this product. The recalled product is Ortega brand Taco Seasoning Mix in 35.4 gram containers. The codes on the product are Best by May 08 2016 S6 and Best by JUNE 26 2016. The UPC number is 0 39000 00820 4. It was sold in Ontario and Quebec and may have been sold nationally. Wei-Chuan USA of California is recalling 332 pounds of Pork Mini Buns Crab Meat Added for undeclared fish, shellfish, and eggs. Anyone with an allergy or severe sensitivity to those foods could have a serious or life-threatening reaction if they consume this product. No reports of adverse reactions have been received to date. The product was made with fish, shellfish, and egg, but released with a label for Mini Pork Buns that does not declared those ingredients. Cedarlane Natural Foods is recalling O Organics Black Bean Enchiladas because they contain undeclared milk, one of the major food allergens. No illnesses or allergic reactions have been reported to date. The recalled product is O Organics Black Bean Enchiladas in 9 ounce packages with the best before date of October 26, 2013. The product was sold in Safeway, Carrs, Dominicks, Genuardi's Pak'N'Save, Pavilions, Randalls, Tom Thumb, and Vons. The best before date is printed on the left side of the box. The enchiladas were distributed across the United States. No other lots or products are affected.
