Golden King Bakery Coconut Bun Recalled For Undeclared Eggs

Golden King Bakery at 90 Bowery, New York, NY 10013 is recalling “Coconut Bun” because it contains undeclared eggs. Anyone with an allergy or severe sensitivity to eggs could have a serious or life-threatening reaction if they consume this product. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the consumption of this product.

RecallThe recalled product is packaged in an uncoded plastic bag. The product was sold at various stores in the New York Metro Area. Routine sampling by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets’ food inspectors revealed egg allergens in the product.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to egg, do not eat it. Discard or return to the place of purchase for a refund.
