Great Pacific Burritos Recalled for No Inspection

Vern’s and Sons Food Service of Oregon is recalling 450 pounds of beef and chicken burritos that were produced without the benefit of federal inspection and outside inspection hours. No reports of illness have been reported.

The recalled items are 10 ounce individually wrapped “Great Pacific Beef Verde Burrito” and 10 ounce individually wrapped “Great Pacific Chicken Chipotle Burrito”. They have the establishment number “P-34723” or “Est. 34723” inside the USDA mark of inspection. They were produced on April 2, 2015 and were shipped to retail locations in Oregon and Washington.

If you purchased these products, do not eat them. Discard or return to the place of purchase for a refund.
