Agave Dream Recalls Ice Cream for Possible Listeria

Agave Dream is recalling ice cream for possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. These products were manufactured and packaged in a facility, Dr. Bob’s of Upland LLC where Listeria was found. No illnesses have been reported to date.

The recalled products are all packaged in pint sized containers. They include Vanilla with UPC number 8 9934900201 7 with best by dates 7/4/17, 9/9/17,10/9/17, 12/12/17, and 7/14/18; Chocolate with UPC number 8 9934900202 4 and best by dates 7/4/17, 8/5/17, 9/9/17, 10/9/17, 12/12/17, and 12/24/17; and Cappuccino, with UPC number 8 9934900204 8 and best by dates 7/4/17, 9/9/17, and 12/2/17. Also recalled is Chocolate Chip with UPC number 8 9934900302 1 and best by dates 8/5/17 and 12/12/17; and Lavender with UPC number 8 9934900206 2 and best by date 12/2/17. They were distributed through retail stores receiving product from KeHE Romeoville and Dallas warehouses; DPI NW; Americold; IWI Franklin Indiana warehouse; Jakes Finer Foods in Houston Texas; Haddon House Richburg in South Carolina and Medford New Jersey; Grocery Outlet California; UNFI – Auburn Washington in Dallas, Texas and Ridgefield, Washington.

If you purchased any of these products, do not eat them. Throw them away or take them back to the place of purchase for a full refund.
