Sukhis Red Curry Vegetables Recalled for Undeclared Shrimp

Sukhi’s Gourmet Indian Foods is recalling Red Curry Vegetables because it contains undeclared shrimp, one of the major food allergens. The problem was an error on the label. No illnesses have been reported in connection with the consumption of this product.

The product has lot code 3390113612, a use by date of 5/14/2013, and UPC number 7-67226-02901-6. The product was shipped to distributors in California, Texas, Minnesota, and Georgia from 5/21/2012 to today. A customer complaint alerted the company to the problem. Some boxes of a single lot of Red Curry and Vegetables contained Yellow Curry with Shrimp.
