Rader Farms Smoothie Blends Recalled for Possible Listeria

Inventure Foods of Arizona is recalling Rader Farms Smoothie products for possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The blends themselves did not test positive for the bacteria, but spinach and/or kale ingredients used to manufactured the recalled blends did test positive. Those ingredients were supplied by the same outside party. No illnesses have been reported to date, but listeriosis, the illness caused by the Listeria bacteria, can take up to 70 days to manifest.
