Tractor Wheels Toddler Soft Baked Bars are being recalled for a choking risk. The composition of the bars can rapidly hydrate into a dense, dry, and sticky mass when it comes into contact with saliva and during chewing, which can create a choking hazard for toddlers. The FDA has received three reports of choking, but no injuries have been reported to date. The recalling firm is Once Upon a Farm in Berkeley, California.
These items were sold nationwide at the retail level through online sales and stores. They were also sold in Puerto Rico. The recall is for all lot codes currently available, including expired products that consumers may still have. The applicable unexpired Best If Used By Dates are 10/30/2026 to 8/26/2027.
The recalled products are all Tractor Wheels. The flavors include Strawberry, Pumpkin & Beet in 5 count 3.35 ounce packages with UPC number 81000351261; and 10 count 6.7 ounce packages with UPC number 810003512932. Apple, Sweet Potato & Spinach flavor in 5 count 3.35 ounce boxes is included in the recall, with UPC number 81000351260; and 10 count 6.7 ounce boxes with UPC number 810003512840.
Also recalled is Banana, Pumpkin & Cauliflower in 5 ounce 3.35 ounce boxes with UPC number 81000351262; and Strawberry, Pumpkin & Beet/Apple, Sweet Potato & Spinach flavors in 20 ounce boxes (10 of each flavor). Each box weighs 13.4 ounces, and the UPC number is 810003512918.
TW 30 count Variety pack is included in the recall. It includes the Strawberry, Pumpkin & Beet flavor; the Apple, Sweet Potato & Spinach flavor, and Banana, Pumpkin & Cauliflower flavor. The box is 20.1 ounces, and the UPC number is 810003512925.
Finally, the snack sampler packs are recalled. They were only available online. They are made up of 5 count cartons of Tractor Wheels along with other Baby and Toddler Snack products. The 9 count Organic Baby & Toddler Snack sampler with all three flavors has the case UPC number 10810003513670. The 12 count sampler contains three five count cartons of all three flavors of the tractor wheels. The case UPC number is 10810003513694. Finally, the Organic Ultimate Snack Sampler is a 15 count package that contains three five count cartons of tractor wheels in all three flavors. The UPC number is 10810003513687.
If you bought any of these products, stop giving them to your child immediately. Do not open the package or sample the products. You can throw them away in a secure trash can, or you can take them back to the store where you purchased them for a full refund.
