While aflatoxin is a naturally occurring mold by-product, consuming too much of it can make people and pets sick. Pets who have eaten these products may exhibit symptoms such as sluggishness, lethargy, a reluctance to eat, vomiting, a yellowish tint to eyes or gums, or diarrhea. If your pet has any of these symptoms, visit your veterinarian immediately.

This recall is an update to a December 12, 2011 recall to correct the lot numbers for the recalled products.

No adverse health effects have been reported in connection with the consumption of these products. Please return the products, whether you’ve opened them or not, to their place of purchase for a full refund. For more information, call 1-866-648-7646.
