The Gilster-Mary Lee Corporation in Chester, Illinois is recalling some packages of Hill Country Fare dry lasagna dinner mix. The product has undeclared soy. No illnesses have been reported in connection with the consumption of this product.

A Creamy Noodle Tuna Helper seasoning pouch, which contains soy, was mistakenly added to the Lasagna Dinner carton. As many as 698 cases, containing 8,376 cartons, may have been affected.

Soy is one of the eight major allergens whose presence in a food requires a mention on the front label. Anyone allergic to soy who eats this product runs the risk of a serious or life-threatening reaction.
