Mosul Kubba Recalling Stuffed, Layered Beef Products

Mosul Kubba of Chicago, Illinois is recalling 1,100 pounds of stuffed, layered beef products because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Product details:

  • Fully cooked, ready-to-eat halal beef product
    • KUBBA OF WHEAT
      • 2-pound vaccuum-packed packages
      • Each package contains two 10-inch pieces
    • KUBBA OF WHEAT
      • 20-pound cases
      • Each package contains ten 2-pound packages
    • Case labels or packaging may bear the case code 12082
    • Case labels or packaging may bear the establishment number “EST. 21576” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
