Boulder Natural Meats of Denver is recalling approximately 363 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts with teriyaki seasoning because they contain gluten. Consumers with a wheat allergy, celiac disease or a gluten intolerance should not eat these products as they run the risk of a reaction if they do. At the time of the recall, the company had not received reports of illness
The recalled products were sold at retail stores in Colorado in 1 to 1.5-lbs. vacuum sealed packages labeled of “Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts brushed with Teriyaki Seasoning” The recalled product bears the establishment number “P18852” inside the USDA mark of inspection and was produced May 13 and 14 and has a freeze by date of 05.24.14 or 05.25.14.
