In Canada, Famous Foods is recalling chocolate almonds because they contain undeclared milk, one of the major food allergens. Anyone with an allergy or sensitivity to milk could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. There is no information about any illnesses or reactions to date.

Also recalled is Chocolate Almonds Pure Semi Sweet in 455 gram packages, with UPC numberĀ 0 203033 509995 and all codes where milk is not declared on the ingredient list. The products were distributed in British Columbia.

If you purchased these products and are allergic to milk, do not eat them. Return them to the place of purchase for a refund or discard them.
