Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Crackers Recalled for Possible Salmonella

Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Crackers in several sizes and varieties are being recalled for possible Salmonella contamination. They were made with whey powder that has been recalled for that reason, triggering several secondary recalls. The whey powder is used in the seasoning on the crackers.

The recalled products include Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar Crackers in 6.6 ounce bags. The UPC number is 1410008548, and the sell by dates are 11/25/18, 12/2/18, 12/9/18, 12/6/18, and 1/20/19 with code RU 12/30/18. Also recalled is Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar Crackers in 30 ounce cartons. The UPC number on that product is 1410009658, the sell by dates are 3/10/19, 3/17/19, 4/7/19, and 4/14/19 and the codes RU 4/14/19 and RU 4/21/19. Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar Crackers in 8.1 ounce multi pack tray, 9 count 0.9 oz. Snack Packs is recalled, with UPC number 1410009654 and sell by dates 12/9/18 and 12/23/18, along with Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar Crackers in 11 ounce Re-sealable Bag. The UPC number on that product is 1410004424, and the sell by dates are 11/25/18, 12/2/18, 12/9/18, 12/16/18, and 12/23/18.

Also recalled is Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar Crackers in an 8 ounce re-sealable bag, with UPC number 1410004963 and sell by date 1/6/19; Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Baked with Whole Grain Xtra Cheddar Crackers in 6 ounce bags, with UPC number 1410004654 and sell by date 11/25/18; and Pepperidge Frarm Goldfish Flavor Blasted Slammin’ Sour Cream & Onion Crackers in 6.6 ounce bags, with UPC number 1410009480 and sell by date 12/30/18. Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar Crackers in 10.8 ounce Multi-pack Tray, 12-count 0.9 oz. Single-Serve Snack Packs is recalled, with UPC number 1410008609 and sell by dates 12/16/18, 12/30/18, and 1/13/19; Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Mix Xtra Cheddar + Pretzel Crackers in 6.6 ounce bags with UPC number 1410004917 and sell by dates 11/25/18 and 12/16/18; and Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Variety Pack Box, 20 count Snack Packs, with UPC number 1410004720 and sell by dates 12/23/18, 12/30/18, and 1/13/19.

Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar Crackers in 2.45 ounce packages is recalled, with UPC number 1410004555 and sell by dates 12/30/18, 1/6/19,  and 1/20/19; along with Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Sweet & Savory Crackers in 46 ounce Variety Pack Box, 45-count Single Serve Snack Packs, with UPC number 1410004731 and sell by dates 1/13/19, 2/10/19, and 2/3/19; and Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Mix Xtra Cheddar + Pretzel Crackers in 11.5 ounce Resealable Bag, UPC number 1410004921, and sell by date 12/16/18.

Finally, Pepperidge Farm Goldfish 40 CT GF ECOMM Variety Pack is recalled. The UPC number on that product is 1410004638 and the sell by date is 12/23/18; along with Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Mix Xtra Cheddar + Pretzel Crackers in 1.5 ounce packages (Vending), with UPC number 1410018663 and sell by dates 12/30/18 and 1/6/19.

Don’t eat any of these products, do not eat them. Throw them away in a double bagged or wrapped package so other people and animals can’t get at them, or take them back to the store where you purchased them for a full refund.
