These products do not have an establishment number printed on the package, nor the USDA mark of inspection. The problem was discovered by FSIS during in-commerce surveillance activities. You can see pictures of the recalled product labels at the USDA web site.

FSIS is concerned that some of these products may be frozen in consumers’ home freezers. Please check your freezer carefully to see if you have any Avanza Pasta beef and poultry pasta items with those specific package sizes and best by/use by dates that are on that long list. If you do, do not eat them. You can throw them away in a sealed container, or take them back to the store where you purchased them for a full refund.

FSIS is conducting recall effectiveness checks. If a retail distribution list is issued, it will be posted on the FSIS web site.
