Conqueror Avengers Medals Recalled For Magnet Ingestion Risk

The Conqueror Avengers Medals are being recalled for a risk of serious injury or death from magnet ingestion. The toy violates the mandatory standard for magnets. The company has received three reports of the magnets detaching, but no injuries. The recalling firm is Actionary Limited, doing business as The Conqueror, of New Zealand. The medals were manufactured in China.

The high-powered magnets on the medal may detach, which poses a deadly ingestion hazard to children. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, they can attract each other or other metal objects and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting, and/or blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning, and death.

The recalled product is The Conqueror Avengers Infinity Gauntlet Medal. The medal is gold with colorful gems on the front. It is packaged in a black container marked “Marvel Avengers” with Marvel Avengers artwork. The medals are part of the Avengers virtual challenge series. To receive the medal, customers must have completed the Infinity Gauntlet virtual challenge on the Conqueror app. About 476 units of this product are included in the recall. You can see more pictures of the recalled product at the Consumer Product Safety Commission web site.

This item was sold online through the company’s events website. It was also sold through The Conqueror App from March 2026 to May 2026 for about $50.00.

If you purchased this medal, stop using it immediately and take it away from children. Contact the company for a full refund or a replacement metal. You will be asked to cut the ribbon from the medal and write “RECALLED” in permanent market on the medal and ribbon and throw the product away.
