The recalled item is Frankie’s Organic Plant Based Vegan Cheddar Puffs that are packaged in a 4 ounce (113 gram) bright blue bag with a drawing of a man carrying the puffs and a wheel of cheese. The UPC number that is stamped on the product label is 816929000089. The lot code is 05 16 2027, and the best if used by date is May 16, 2027.

The product was sold at PCC Markets in Washington State and Earth Fare stores in Florida and South Carolina, along with select independent retailers in those regions. The company is working with distribution centers to make sure that any remaining product is removed from distribution.
